6 Month Free Retakes at Ascend Training

All published classes at Ascend feature a free 6 month retake policy. We encourage students to take classes again at no charge when you feel the need. We at Ascend feel that training is an investment that shouldn't be taken lightly. While most students don't feel the need to re-take a workshop, sometimes it can be a valuable experience to re-visit the material. These retakes are available for scheduled classes at our facility. *Retakes are not available for custom or onsite training.

Why Retake Classes?

We feel it can be an added value for students to retake their Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash or any other class at our facility. Some students aren’t able to jump right in and utilize the new skills they have learned, or don’t get the software as soon as they have hoped and a retake is very valuable. Whatever reason, we are happy to accommodate you. The retake policy applies to classes taken at our Deerfield or Chicago locations, not for onsite or custom classes.

About Our Retake Policy

Ascend guarantees 1 retake of classes, but doesn’t limit the number of retakes. While it is rare that a student retake a class more than once, we do offer it as an option within the 6 month period. Students should be aware that there is always a chance that they would be “bumped” into the next class if it were to fill up with paying students. Even if you are bumped, we do guarantee that you will be afforded 1 retake of any Adobe, Avid or Quark training class. Customized onsite training sessions are not eligible for retakes.

New Software Versions

With the perpetual upgrades from Adobe, Avid and Quark, we allow you to retake classes in the new versions of any software within 6 months of the first day of the original class.
